- Advance 50% deposit for booking confirmation and remaining amount will be paid three weeks before the function. (No Tentative Booking, confirmation with payment only) - MINIMUM GUEST FOR HALF HALL REQUIRED 400 AND FOR FULL HALL MINUMUM 800 GUEST REQUIRED LESSER THEN THE MENTION GUEST HALL RENT WILL BE APPLIED. - Minimum number of guests at the time of booking will be considered as final. Reduction in guests will not be acceptable. In case of reduction in numbers of guest Rs.3000/- per person to be charged as overhead cost. - The Management can revise the rate without prior information unless Full payment is paid in advance at the time of booking. - Timing for lunch events are 01.00 pm to 04.00pm and for dinner 07:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Drivers, Band Players, Private Security Guards are strictly not allowed Ito enter the hall. We have an approved panel of stage designers. You have to select any one of them and deal directly. SECURITY FEE REFUNDABLE: HALF HALL 200,000/- FULL HALL : 400,000/ - PST will be 5% and 10% tax on advance payment for filers,these rates would be twice for non filers. - AC& Heating charges are included within venue charges.
