These rates are min for 350 guests. Full payment of event must be deposited 15 days before the event. Tax, cooling, heating, floral arrangements, extra lighting, music should be charged separately. Fireworks, airel firing, showing arms is strictly prohibited. No food, beverages & floral arrangements is allowed from outside. Only written contract is is followed & honored. Parking is at owner's risk. Montreal Management is not responsible for the theft and loss of guest's valuables.
