1. Advance 25% of total payment is required at booking time. 2. The remaining payrnent deposited 15 days before function, 3. In case of any change of date or concellation of event/function under any circumstances, payment received is not refundable in any case 4. Tax will be charged as per government rules. 5. Minimum number of guests at the time of booking will be considered as final reduction in guests will not acceptable. 6. Afternoon event time 1:00 pm noon to 4 pm (Strict adhearence). 7. Evening event time 7:00 pm to 10 pm (Strict adhearence) 8. Company will not be responsible for any loss of valuable goods 9. Catering, decor & DJ Vendors are not allowed from outside 10. Drivers, Band players, Private Security guards are strickly prohibited to enter the marquee. 11. Goverment rules & regulations will be followed strickly - Starting rent of 200,000 for 400 people. Above that capacity, it will be waived off. - AC & Heating charges will be calculated separately during final quotation. - Separtors for partitioning are available.
