1 Payment Policy: - The full amount must be paid 7 days before the event. - Failure to make the payment within the timeframe may result in cancellation. 2 Prohibited Activities - The use of fireworks/firing/illegal activities is prohibited per government regulations. 3 Damages: - The customer will be held responsible for damages. - The cost of repairing/replacing damaged items will be charged to customer. 4 Cancellation and Date Change: - In the event of cancellation/request to change date, no refunds will be provided. - Any changes to the event date are subject to availability of Raja Adeel Abbasi Farm House. - In the event of a date change initiated by the client, a fee equivalent to 50 percent of the total agreed-upon cost shall be payable in advance. 5 Personal Belongings: - The management will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to personal belongings. 6 Additional Guests: - If the number of guests exceeds the initially agreed number, additional charges for catering may apply. - The charges for additional guests will be calculated based on the current rates provided by Raja Adeel Farm House. 7 Booking Policy - To secure the venue booking, the full amount must be paid in advance. - The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment. 8 Qawali Night - The charges is set at 1 lakh 20 thousand. - No loud music is permitted. - A NOC is mandatory for Qawwali night. 9. Inclement Weather: - In the event of rain, only canopy and inflatable marquees are available as alternatives for shelter. - Raja Adeel Abbasi Farm House does not provide any other alternatives for inclement weather conditions beyond canopy and inflatable marquees
