1. Complete balance payment, one week prior to the event date. In case of failure to do so Event Booking will stand automatically cancelled & total advance will be non-refundable in case of cancellation of Event. 2. Changes in Decoration, Design, Stage must be informed at least 3 days before event date. 3. In no event shall the Ronak Events be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of "Force Majeure". 4. Please look after your belongings (Management will not be responsible for any Claim). 5. Quality of fresh flowers will depend on weather condition. 6. Ronak Events will not allow any items from outside, for use it in stage decoration from another decoration company.
